Про водителей не знаю, но пешеходам это бы точно дало дополнительное время завершить свой переход. Ну и на снижение аварийности бы скорее всего повлияло. А то как у нас обычно бывает - один едет - успею на жёлтый, можно не тормозить, а второй - ну уже почти зелёный, можно не тормозить. А потом встречаются два одиночества.
Уверен на это не нужны миллионы долларов и целый ПКМ.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
