Это фейковый канал, а персонаж Михаил Домкратов — вымышленный, что подтвердило УБК МВД России. На фотографии, которая сопровождает посты с рекламой канала «бывшего главы СК России» — работник ГИБДД Алексей Соболев. Снимок был опубликован в СМИ в 2012 году.
Цель создания такой недобросовестной рекламы — привлечь как можно больше подписчиков в закрытый канал. Для этого используются резонансные инфоповоды, указываются известные личности или представители власти.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
