Это совместный проект регионального правительства, СБЕРа, Специального конструкторского бюро средств автоматизации морских исследований ДВО РАН и Сахалинского госуниверситета. С помощью технологий искусственного интеллекта ученые будут разрабатывать решения, которые положительно отразятся на экономике и качестве жизни островитян.
Также считаю важным, что появление такого центра подстегнет развитие цифровой индустрии нашего региона, даст новые возможности для реализации нашей молодежи и уже состоявшихся специалистов в сфере информационных технологий.

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
