Четверо граждан РФ 2007 и 2008 г.р. готовили самодельные взрывные устройства (СВУ) для использования в местах массового скопления людей в Екатеринбурге.
Как выяснилось, двое из них причастны к поджогу полицейского автомобиля в Свердловской области. У задержанных изъяли средства связи, компоненты СВУ и инструкции по изготовлению взрывчатки. Возбуждено уголовное дело.

That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
