Промсвязьбанк (ПСБ) первым из крупных банков перестанет взимать комиссию с девелоперов при выдаче льготной ипотеки, написал «Коммерсантъ» со ссылкой на участников рынка.
ПСБ менее чем через месяц после введения ,банками комиссий для застройщиков при выдаче льготной ипотеки решил их отменить. Как ожидается, новые условия будут действовать уже с 30 января.
Участники рынка отмечают, что комиссия ПСБ была сравнительно небольшой. По словам собеседников издания, она составляла 3,5% от суммы ипотечного кредита. В Сбербанке в зависимости от программы — 7,5–11,5%. Источники газеты как на банковском рынке, так и среди застройщиков отмечают, что прецедентов отмены комиссии банками пока не было.
