Элитка - средняя больше 110 кв. м, обеспеченность больше 110%; Премиалка - средняя больше 90 кв. м, обеспеченность больше 90%; Бизнес - средняя больше 65 кв. м, обеспеченность больше 80%; Комфорт - средняя больше 50 кв. м, обеспеченность больше 60%; Эконом - да че угодно, но лучше со средней меньше 40 кв. м не покупать, ну и смотреть, чтобы паркинги строили и вообще была обеспеченность хотя бы 30-40%.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
