Спрос на нефтяников и газодобытчиков в регионах Тюменской матрешки за год вырос в полтора раза, по данным исследования HR-сервиса. А зарплаты в отрасли тем временем падают. И ощутимо - за год, как минимум, на 3 тыс рублей. Сейчас заработок в нефтегазовой сфере - 69 тыс рублей.
Особым спросом стали пользоваться инженеры по эксплуатации - в них теперь нуждаются в 5 раз больше, чем годом ранее. Потом идут специалисты в области техподдержки, операторы производства, автослесари, менеджеры по логистике, геологи, электромонтажники.
На Урале резюме на 20% болше, чем вакансий. Ведь не всем желающим работать в нефтегазовой сфере хватает опыта и квалификации. Обучение платное и дорогостоящее, и это отсекает много перспективных кадров.
В общем, отрасль ТЭК кажется привлекательной лишь на первый взгляд. Цифры говорят сами за себя: профподготовка слабая, а зарплаты падают.
