Ужин с мерянской брюковницей (запеканкой из брюквы)
Вдохновившись постом уважаемой Натальи из Sevprostor, посвященным картофельной каше, решил сделать "брюковницу" по аналогии с "картофельницей", "картовницей", или, как ее называли у нас в Костромской стороне, "заливашке".
Получилось нечто среднее между суфле, драченой (толкунцом) и классической картофельной запеканкой а-ля СССР. Дети, привередливые к еде, слопали на ура.
