Я мучаюсь от трудовой зависимости. Я пытаюсь вырваться из этого, но продолжаю срываться. Мне сейчас 28. В середине и конце 2020 года мне не хотелось остаться без работы. В то время мне не нравился мой уровень продуктивности, я думал, что трудоголизм — это черта, которая полезна для достижения успеха, а также для того, чтобы уважать себя, как мужчину. В итоге я получил то, что хотел и из последних примерно 1000 дней не было ни дня, чтобы я не работал. Это очень утомляет, хочу из этого вырваться. Хочу по-прежнему много работать, но также хочу иметь возможность отдыхать. Мне кажется, что я никогда не смогу от этого избавиться. Мой мыслительный процесс буквально таков: «Лучше страдать от дисциплины, чем страдать от сожаления о том, что мало работаешь». Если рабочих часов в неделе оказывается меньше 5, я чувствую, что жизнь слишком легка и мне следует больше работать. Я чувствую это каждую неделю. Это ужасно.
