Համալսարանի պատվիրակության կազմում էին բուհի պրոռեկտորները, ֆակուլտետների դեկանները, ինչպես նաև դասախոսական կազմի ներկայացուցիչներ։
Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը ներկայացրել է կատարված աշխատանքների մանրամասները, այնուհետև պատասխանել հյուրերին հետաքրքրող հարցերին։
