On February 14, as part of his working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of Defence of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Yuriko Backes.
The progress of the agreements reached during their meeting in June 2024 was discussed.
The parties agreed to take practical steps to advance cooperation in the near future.
Additionally, issues related to international and regional security were addressed. ___
В рамках рабочего визита в Федеративную Республику Германия министр обороны РА Сурен Папикян 14 февраля встретился с министром обороны Великого Герцогства Люксембург Юрико Бакес.
Была обсуждена реализация договоренностей, достигнутых на встрече в июне 2024 года.
Стороны договорились в ближайшее время придать сотрудничеству практическое развитие.
Также были затронуты вопросы международной и региональной безопасности.

Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
