Вице-премьер встретился в столице Мали, городе Бамако, с премьер-министром переходного периода Республики Мали Абдулаем Майгой и министрами правительства страны, а также провел переговоры с президентом переходного периода Республики Мали Ассими Гойтой.

Стороны обсудили торгово-экономическое сотрудничество, взаимодействие в сфере энергетики, транспорта, инфраструктуры, сельского хозяйства, добычи полезных ископаемых.
