В телеграмм опять развернулась дискуссия о том, что нам делать с этническими диаспорами, поэтому стоит развить мысль из нашего поста месячной давности.

Для начала посмотрите это видео. Несколько дней назад в Екатеринбурге умер азербайджанский вор в законе Агаяр Агаев, связь с ним спокойно подтверждает руководитель азербайджанской диаспоры на Урале Шахин Шихлинский, об этом пишут многие СМИ и это не вызывает у органов никаких вопросов.

Нам говорят, что диаспора - это якобы такая культурная автономия, но если присмотреться к этому поближе становится понятно, что ничего общего с культурой там нет.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine.
