Чаще всего «Новый Свет» застраивают высотными многоэтажками, иногда бывают проекты кварталов из каких-нибудь таунхаусов по ИЖС, как в Толстопальцево, ну а бывает что-то между — малоэтажные многоквартирные дома.
Один из таких проектов сейчас реализуют в поселении Сосенское, называется он «Новое Летово», так как расположен вблизи деревни Летово. По сути это такой микрорайон с высотностью домов от четырех до восьми этажей, который будет находиться рядом с рекой Сосенкой и Валуевским лесопарком.
Если раньше подобное местоположение считалось деревней и глушью, то теперь это участок зеленой Москвы, где к 2030 году, как обещает Сергей Семенович Собянин, будет своя станция метро «Летово».
