"При "умном" сносе пыль улавливаем с помощью водной завесы (тумана) и пылезащитных сеток. Дом находится как бы в чехле. Когда здание ломают, пыль оседает внутри этого чехла. Вдобавок вокруг работают разбрызгиватели воды. За границы стройплощадки пыль не разлетается", — рассказал он.
Также глава ведомства рассказал, что грохот будут снижать с помощью глушителей шума и менее громкой строительной техники, а сохраняемые на участке сноса старые деревья спрячут.
