«Могу точно сказать, что там появится дополнительное жильё для программы реновации. Нам АИЖК передал участок. Мы сейчас активно занимаемся проектом планировки, чтобы на этом месте построить максимально благоустроенный, отвечающий всем стандартам реновации, жилой комплекс».
Проект планировки разработают примерно за 6-8 мес. Примерные сроки переселения - конец 2019-начало 2020 гг. Также по словам заммэра, там планируется построить транспортно-пересадочный узел.
