Сотрудники полиции обнаружили его при досмотре автомобиля, в котором он ехал в качестве пассажира. В ближайшее время его доставят на допрос в Усть-Кутский межрайонный следственный отдел СУ СК России по Иркутской области.
Тем временем поручил профильным ведомствам во взаимодействии с местной администрацией отработать все вопросы по оказанию помощи семье погибшего.
