Сегодня, 5 февраля, примерно в 00:15, в Махачкале, на пр. Петра 1, 34-летний местный житель, управляя «BMW М5», двигаясь с высокой скоростью, совершил наезд на пешехода, переходившего проезжую часть дороги вне зоны пешеходного перехода.
В результате ДТП пешеход - 29-летний житель Махачкалы, скончался на месте происшествия.
По данному факту собран материал для принятия процессуального решения.
