В отделение полиции п. Айхал обратилась местная жительница, которая после визита в кафе лишилась кошелька с деньгами в размере около 11 000 рублей.
В ходе розыскных мероприятий сотрудники полиции установили другую посетительницу кафе, которая оказалась причастной к краже кошелька. Ею является 33-летняя безработная жительница, которая, к тому же, находится под следствием за совершение аналогичного преступления.
Выяснилось, что ранее женщина гостила с подругой у инвалида I группы, в квартире которого заметила банковскую карту. Пользуясь тем, что хозяин является незрячим, она похитила банковскую карту и впоследствии расплачивалась ею за свои покупки.
В октябре в отношении нее было возбуждено уголовное дело по данной краже, но не прошло и месяца, как подследственная стала фигуранткой по второму уголовному делу, возбужденному по ч. 2 ст. 158 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации «Кража» по происшествию в кафе. Ущерб она возместила.
