Стартовал новый сезон «Лидеров России. Политика». Сегодня вспоминали первый сезон и делились тем, как изменилась наша жизнь после конкурса.

Три года прошло после нашего выпуска. 49 человек из разных сфер и регионов стали победителями конкурса. Кто-то стал депутатом, кто-то руководителем организации, кто-то реализует крупнейшие проекты страны.

Но для всех нас конкурс стал поворотной точкой, когда мы по-новому стали смотреть на управление, себя и Россию. Время, которое лично меня научило ставить вперед чисел, громких бюрократических формулировок, отчетов и денег, человека. С этим шла на свои первые ответственные выборы в одномандатном округе в Москве. С этим победила. С этим сейчас работаю.

Спасибо С.В. Кириенко за веру в нас, за обязательные звонки в День рождения! И всей команде организаторов за возможности и силу сообщества Лидеров!

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
