На сегодняшний день получилось сделать максимум из возможного. Полиция приехала, все отфоткали, передадут дознавателям.
От управы приехал бульдозер, завалил блоками ворота с внутренней стороны, то есть, чтобы их открыть, понадобится спецтехника.

Из плохого: попросил бульдозериста копнуть эту кучу, отходов под грунтом не было, по крайней мере в том месте где он копал, но вонь после этого стала еще сильнее. Похоже, что этот грунт загрязнен какой-то химией, и если это останется там лежать и источать эту химию, может кто-то травонуться, кто близко живет или гуляет рядом.
