Есть ли контр-заклятие, вариант уничтожения артефакта и отмены действия?
Да, «сдать назад» выйдет не всегда, но один вопрос, когда этой возможности просто нет, и другой — когда ты сам не подумал, не заложился...
...и потом отменить надо бы, да не знаешь как, а уже горит и сидишь ты с лицом легушки.
И хорошо, если у тебя есть рядом знающие люди, которые могут помочь, а если нет? Опять же, не комильфо косячить и постоянно ездить на чужих горбах, не путь мага, кмк.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. READ MORE Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
