Когда случилась сделка века: Рыбу Глебел «на ура» и в двух разных видах.
Пикшу я разделила на 2 части. Одна ушла на зразы, другая - в эти тефтельки чудные.
200 гр Филе белой рыбки 100 гр отварного риса 1/4 луковицы (можночуть больше, если любите) 1/2 морковки Зелень Сыр для панировки (~50 гр)
Готовим👩🏼🍳 🧡Рыбку хорошо помыть и обсушить 🧡В бледнее измельчить рис, рыбку, мелко-порезанный лук, тертую морковку, укроп-до состояния фарша. Посолить 🧡Сыр мелко натереть 🧡Тефтельки слепить и обвалять в сыре 🧡Выложить в форму, смазанную маслом, подлить водички, чтобы закрывало дно формы 🧡Выпекать в разогретой духовке на 190 градусов 35 минут
