Никабы НЕ являются традиционной для России национальной и религиозной одеждой. Изначально это просто часть одежды кочевых племён Аравийского полуострова, защищающая лицо от солнца и песка.
Тогда по логике следствия получается, что если одеть чучело на поле в старую косоворотку или бурку, то это тоже будет разжиганием.
