Депутат напомнил, что, когда вводилась программа маткапитала, речь шла о стимуле для российских семей активнее заводить детей. Но в ходе применения механизма выплат обнаружились недоработки, отметил политик. А именно, на семейные выплаты от государства стали претендовать родители детей, которые получили гражданство нашей страны не по рождению.
"К примеру, приезжает семья, получает гражданство РФ, но дети рождены в другом государстве. И эти семьи все равно претендуют на маткапитал и пользуются другими мерами соцподдержки. Сейчас мы эту лазейку хотим устранить".

And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
