Коллеги уже успели обратить внимание на то, что в традиционном рейтинге качества жизни в субъектах РФ от РИА регионы ДФО дружно устремились вниз. Все, кроме Чукотки, но ее подъем с 75 место на 74-е иметь скорее символическое значение.
Хабаровский край стабилен - 32 место в этом году лишь на одну строчку хуже, чем в прошлом. Это с отрывом лучше всех в ДФО.
При этом интересно, что рейтинговый балл вообще практически всех регионов России, кроме двух - привет Колыме - вырос, но на Дальнем Востоке он вырос существенно более скромно, чем в других регионах страны.
Получается, что разворот на восток не дает того импульса, что был нам обещан? Курсу вот уже три года, но получается, что реального влияния на социально-экономические метрики, которые и считаются в таких рейтингах, он не оказывает.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
