Прокурор ХМАО Евгений Ботвинкин в ответе депутату Мосгордумы Евгению Ступину признал подлинность видеозаписи, но указал, что она "не содержит конкретных сведений о нарушениях закона".
К слову, с момента того выступления якобы подорожал еще на 6 млрд руб. главный недострой Югры — Нижневартовская окружная больница, которую не могут сдать с 2007 года и стоимость строительства которой составляет уже порядка 30 млрд руб.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
