Как отметили в спецслужбе, им является уроженец Николаевской области Николай Кочмарик, который сейчас находится на Украине и поддерживает ВСУ, а ролик был размещен на YouTube-канале, подконтрольном спецслужбам Литвы.
Украинские и литовские спецслужбы, а также их зарубежных кураторы стремятся создать провокационный контент, направленный на подрыв отношений России с партнерами по СНГ, и пытаются формировать антироссийские настроения за рубежом, добавили в ФСБ.
