Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
