Минниханов пренебрежительно отозвался о федеральных депутатах и их законопроекте. Причем стенограмму его выступления решено отправить лично спикеру Госдумы Вячеславу Володину.
Более того, глава республики признался в наведении мостов с Узбекистаном, а депутаты Госсовета РТ не одобрили «антимигрантский» законопроект, предложенный самим спикером Госдумы. В воздухе запахло смутой и пантюркизмом.
Наблюдатели связывают эти демарши с перспективами Минниханова переизбраться в следующем году или с невыполнением Москвой каких-то обещаний после успешного саммита БРИКС в Казани.
