Вещдок, изъятый у местного предприримателя Солдаткина в рамках уголовного дела о краже, подполковник передал другому бизнесмену, своему знакомому Игорю Ромоданову.
Возбуждено уголовное дело о краже и превышении должностных полномочий.
Министром внутренних дел по УР назначено проведение служебной проверки.
