В этом году решила попробовать сайклинг и возобновить занятия по боксу, но уже в другой студии.
🚴🏻♀️ Что по сайклингу: прикольно, но как будто не моё. Очень весело имитировать велогонку под громкую музыку с неоновым светом и зажигательным тренером, но нужно привыкнуть к боли в промежности.
🥊 Что по боксу: класс! Очень скучала (год не занималась). Занятие было больше похоже на воркаут, но мне понравилось. Тяжко, потно, мышцы болят. Понравилось, что тренер делает акцент на технике.
Итог 🚴♀️Сайклинг: дохожу 3 пробных занятия. 🥊Боксинг: продолжу заниматься 2 раза в неделю.
