Например, в Анивском городском округе в сёлах Троицком и Новотроицком устанавливают специализированные контейнеры для сбора пластика, жестяно-баночных изделий и стеклотары. Всего таких баков закупили 24, но в этом году будут дополнительно установлены дополнительные.
В 2022 году также планируется облагородить 12 контейнерных площадок. Их приведут в приличный вид и единообразный стиль. Эта работа необходима для улучшения санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия жителей всего района.
Надеемся, что и сахалинцы подхватят такую инициативу и будут ответственно подходить к раздельному сбору мусора, а не скидывать все отходы в одну кучу. Ведь это прежде всего необходимо нам самим.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
