Российские железные дороги (РЖД) предлагают направлять в дорожные фонды субъектов РФ уплачиваемый компанией акциз за дизельное топливо на строительство автомобильных путепроводов через железнодорожные пути. Это следует из презентации замначальника Центральной дирекции инфраструктуры РЖД Сергея Антонова, показанной в ходе заседания в Совете Федерации.
