В Ассоциацию АКОН поступило обращение ее члена – ТСЖ «Серебряный квартет» о том, что его права и интересы нарушаются Правительством города Москвы, путем установления тарифов на содержание и ремонт МКД существенно ниже экономически-обоснованной, что создает угрозу банкротства и невозможность работать.
В производстве Арбитражного суда города Москвы находится дело № А40-250840/24-17-1702 по заявлению ИП Крекова С.С. к Правительству г. Москвы, ФАС об устранении нарушения антимонопольного законодательства.
Ассоциации АКОН обратилась соистцом в Арбитражный суд г. Москвы за защитой прав и интересов своих членов.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
