По данным спецслужб, в состав разгромленной ячейки входили четверо местных жителей из числа приверженцев праворадикальной идеологии, члены РДК с целью терактов вели в Петербурге и Ленинградской области разведку объектов жизнеобеспечения, транспорта, другой критически важной инфраструктуры.
Члены РДК в Петербурге хотели по заданию военной разведки Украины отравить высокотоксичным веществом продукты для российских военных в зоне спецоперации.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
