Сегодня, в честь Дня белого медведя, подвели итоги детского творческого конкурса «Удивительный белый медведь» в SMART-библиотеке им. Н.Д. Неустроева.
В этом году в конкурсе приняли участие свыше 340 талантливых детей из трех возрастных групп: от 5 до 7 лет, от 8 до 10 лет и от 11 до 15 лет. Работы были представлены в двух направлениях: конкурс рисунков «Белый медведь – живой символ Арктики» и конкурс сказок «Мишкина книжка».

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
