Сегодня читаем сказку, которая отражает исторические события — жестокую братоубийственную войну между ижорами и водью за места добычи и промысла в Ингрии.
Многие водские фамилии сохранили в своих названиях имена птиц, «прародителей» рода, а фамилии ижорских родов — названия животных, тотемов — покровителей рода. Поэтому в фольклоре используются именно птицы и звери.
В аудио использована песня „Pääskolintu, päivälintu“. Исполнители: Maarja Oras и ансамбль „Väike Hellero“.
