Исходя из сегодняшнего момента, русские флаги во Львове как цель СВО явно не планируется.
Реальное и актуальное перемирие/мир между Киевом и Москвой вполне может допускать миротворцев.
Скорее всего, за этот вариант будут голосовать большинство стран не только Запада, но и остального мира — чтобы обеспечить себе веру в долгосрочное завершение огня на Украине.
Сейчас введение миротворческого контингента на Украину после подписания потенциального мирного договора активно лоббируют Франция и Англия. Недопустимым для России является фактор, что они хотят послать армии из западной Европы.
Тут есть маневр — если миротворцы необходимы, то можно использовать практику для набора контингента из стран, имеющих минимальное количество контактов с участниками конфликта.
