Ингредиенты: ⚪️картофель ⚪️куриные ножки ⚪️вода 200 мл. ⚪️сметана 400 г. ⚪️чеснок, соль и зелень по вкусу Маринуем ножки в сметане (для маринада используем только половину сметаны, т.е. 200 г ). Оставляем на ночь. Ну или на пару часов. Картофель режим на дольки. Смешиваем воду и сметану. Выливаем в форму для выпечки, выкладываем дольки, а сверху бедра. Выпекаем при 180 градусов мин 60.
Подавать малышу можно целую куриную ножку, но с небольшим количеством мяса. Необходимо убрать все острые кости, хрящи и кожу.
