Завтра вся планета будет отмечать Всемирный день домашних животных, а мы с депутатами «Единой России» как раз делимся историями про своих питомцев.

В детстве у меня была немецкая овчарка по кличке Пальма, и я обрела в ней гораздо больше, чем просто питомца. Сегодня в карточках всё про неё!

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
