«К мировому судье судебного участка 422 Таганского района Москвы поступил административный материал в отношении GitHub Ink, составленный по ч. 2 ст. 13.41 КоАП РФ (неудаление владельцем сайта информации, обязанность по удалению которой предусмотрена законодательством РФ)», — сказали в суде. Дата рассмотрения еще не назначена. По данной статье сервису грозит штраф на сумму до 4 млн рублей.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
