Киноакадемия зачастую игнорирует те фильмы, которые, казалось бы, обязаны рассчитывать не столько на победу на «Оскаре», сколько хотя бы на номинацию. С выбором Академии нам никто не мешает спорить, поэтому мы вместе с приглашенными авторами/кинокритиками решили вспомнить 6 фильмов, незаслуженно обделенных вниманием Оскаровского комитета.

The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
