💪 Утром на йогу - и день задался!

Сегодня с утра было второе йогическое занятие: понемного тело вспоминает все позы, но мышцы требуют тренировки. Грустная правда: прогресс уходит быстро, если не заниматься 💔
Мне еще постоянно хочется пить.
Еще утром перед занятиями не завтракаю. Быстро отвожу Вику в сад и бегом на занятие.
С собой стала брать бутылку с водой.
Тот самый случай, когда покупала ребенку, а пользуюсь сама 😄 Думала, что буду использовать дома, чтобы ставить Вике на видное место и предлагать ей попить. А вот как вышло 😅

Да, меня как маму выделяет яркий принт и брелок (если что он снимается, но я не хочу) 🌞Отмечу, что очень удобно на занятиях пить через трубочку, чтобы не откручивать крышку каждый раз.
