Если вас, как и меня, задолбало вставлять кавычки «ёлочки» вручную, сохраняйте лайфхак: Создаем новый документ → Инструменты → Настройки.
В открывшемся окне ставим галочку напротив Заменять прямые кавычки парными → Замены → Автоматическая замена → Меняем "" на «».
Сразу в одном окошке, так удобнее.
Ничего сложного, зато мировая ёлочная справедливость будет восстановлена. Даже самый душный редактор до вас не докопается. В комментариях залью видео с инструкцией, чтобы снять все вопросы.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
