Большинство научных работ в области сравнения России и США сводятся к соизмерению стоимостных показателей, рассчитываемых в рамках Системы национальных счетов, при этом основной валютой является доллар США. По нашему мнению подобный подход имеет ряд недостатков, связанных с проблемами оценки валютных курсов, и не может корректно отразить закономерности развития.
