Тогда Правительство прислушалось к аргументам, но тогда же сложился консенсус, что регулирование для отрасли в целом необходимо. Новые предложения, в случае их принятия, также неизбежно увеличат издержки для торговых сервисов, обойти которые вряд ли получится.
