Именно за последние 5 лет, когда Поморьем руководит Александр Цыбульский, в нашем городе стали появляться скверы, строиться школы и спортобъекты, капитально ремонтироваться учреждения культуры и образования. При этом на встрече губернатор обозначил, что для решения проблем с дорогами и переселением из ветхого жилья необходима помощь федерального центра. И эта позиция нашла понимание у президента.
В интересах нашего города – продолжить программы ремонта и создание комфортной городской среды, сохранить высокие темпы строительства, войти в новую программу переселения и получить инвестиции на модернизацию коммунальных сетей. Этот план уже реализуется под руководством Александра Цыбульского, который уделяет большое внимание развитию Архангельска как областного центра. Важно не делать пауз, а идти вперед по намеченному пути.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
