🍴Обжариваем грамм 700 говяжьего фарша. 🍴Добавляем тертую морковь и мелко нарезанный лук 🍴Добавляем банку горошка 🍴Соль, чайную ложку итальянских трав и нарезаем туда пучок кинзы.
🍴Выкладываем все в форму 🍴Сверху выкладываем слоем картофельное пюре. 🍴Смазываем пюре оливковым маслом 🍴И в духовку на 180 градусов на 40 минут
Это ОЧЕНЬ вкусно! (Особенно с соленым огурчиком).
