Губернатор Приморского края вместе с секретарем Генерального совета «Единой России» и первым заместителем Председателя Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания РФ Андреем Турчаком открыли в селе Сергеевка Пограничного района военно-патриотическую игру «Zарница-2022».

В рамках военно-патриотической игры в течение трех дней 250 подростков будут жить в палаточном лагере и участвовать в состязаниях по строевой и медицинской подготовке, сборке и разборке автомата Калашникова, выполнению практических стрельб из боевого оружия, метанию ручных имитационных осколочных гранат.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
